An insight into the history

Originally a fortified farm from the 13th century and used in the Hundred Year War between England and France Beauséjour has been developed step by step to a private Château with modern facilities. 1609 a Chapel, which now is restaured, was added and in the '90s the Château was completely refurbished.

The charm of history and its enigmatic lesson consist in the fact that, from age to age, nothing changes and yet everything is completely different.

Attractive gardens

The garden is the obvious place to be during hot summer days, sunbathing privately, organizing a barbecue or just relaxing. There are two prepared dining places,, one in the garden and one in the courtyard, but there are also additional tables and chairs available. The garden is also the perfect place for a reception after a wedding or a drink before a festive dinner in the courtyard.

A garden to walk in and immensity to dream in--what more could he ask? A few flowers at his feet and above him the stars.

Large saltwater swimming pool

The 15 meter long, 4 meter wide and 1.5 meter deep swimming pool is the heart of the garden. Primarily used for swimming it is also a wonderful place for playing when the children can swim. When not used it can and should be covered. The cover can carry the weight of a six year old child.

Praised be my Lord, for our sister water.
